Customer Solutions Analysis
Comprised of trained User Experience Designers, the Customer Solution Analysis team studies user behavior and needs to inform the design of various products, systems, and services.
Through various research methods, they utilize design thinking: an iterative, human-centered process that moves from understanding user needs to defining problems, generating ideas, and testing solutions.
This process creates accessible, usable, and intuitive solutions that deliver a positive and memorable experience for the user.

Paid Apprenticeships
Community partners across Idaho—including cities, counties, school districts, and tribes—can bring a cybersecurity apprentice into their organization through Operation Cyber Idaho.
This program strengthens local cybersecurity capabilities while helping develop Idaho’s future workforce by offering students and early‑career professionals a two‑year, hands‑on learning experience.
Participating partners gain access to services funded by the State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLCGP), along with an on-site apprentice who supports and leads cybersecurity assessments and related activities.
Innovative Readiness Training
Innovative and Idaho Readiness Training (IRT) events bring together Information Technology Services (ITS), the Idaho National Guard (IDNG), and cybersecurity students from Idaho’s colleges to deliver free cybersecurity support to state and local agencies.
Through Operation Cyber Idaho, partners can access services such as Risk and Vulnerability Assessments, Cyber Consultations, Cyber Assistance, and Limited Demonstrations of Exploit.
